The River Thames offers a multitude of different activities for all visitors to enjoy. Whether you're on a boat or walking the towpath, there is plenty to see and do. Starting at Lechlade in Gloucestershire, through London with its iconic views.
When entering the Thames estuary from the North Sea whilst navigation your way upstream you will travel in the tidal section of the river Thames. This section of the river will carry you right through Central London until you reach Teddington Lock.
Continue your journey upstream from Teddington Lock on the non-tidal section which will take you right up to Lechlade, the origin of the Thames. Travelling on this section of the river offers stunning views of Berkshire, Oxfordshire & Gloucestershire.
